Mass flow meters & controllers for gases - d-flux multi series

The d·flux multi series is a fast and reliable multi-parameter mass flow device for gases with measurement outputs for mass, normalized, volumetric flow, pressure and temperature.

The instrument is based on differential pressure measurement over an internal advanced laminar flow element. One of the many advantages of this laminar flow device is the ability to easily switch to a different gas without a loss in accuracy.

The new d·flux multi series key features:

• Flow ranges from 0-350 ln/min up to 1400 ln/min up to 14 bara and from -20 to +60°C
• Advanced Modbus communication & analog output / Optional Profinet or EtherCAT interface (Ethernet IP available soon)
• The unit can contain up to 15 programmed gases in 15 different profiles (pre-programmed applications)
• The d·flux multi is IP54, 316L and has 1” process connections

The new Vögtlin Connect App 
The device parameters can be configured over Bluetooth® with the free Vögtlin Connect app available for Android devices on Google Play). 

The unit has a I/O port that can be controlled by the flow meter/controller manually or through f.i. alarms, warnings or pre-set conditions. Due to the unique internal flow conditioning there are no long straight in and outlet required and the d·flux multi can be built in very compact locations.

Meter and Controller 
The unit is available as meter or with a strong integrated control valve as controller. 

Flow rates up to 1400 ln/min 
The unit is available in 4 ranges (0-500, 0-700, 0-1000 and 0-1400 ln/min for air).
Each range can be reduced by the user by 30% without any loss in accuracy (rate for air, other gases according to conversion) 

Multiple pre-programmed gases 
The d·flux multi series mass flow instruments can contain up to 15 programmed gases.
More gases can be added at any time.

Wide application scope IP54 
The d⋅flux multi meters and controllers are suitable up to 14 bar a and from -20 to 60 °C.
The body is in stainless-steel 316L and environmental protection is IP54.

Wireless device access with the free Vögtlin Connect app 
The Vögtlin Connect app can be used with any Android phones and let’s you easily and securely (password protected) connect to your d·flux multi device. Vögtlin Connect is a user friendly configuration software and offers the adjustment of many device parameters d·flux multi series Mass Flow Meter for Gas with Connect App.

Alarm, warning and diagnostic features 
The d·flux multi series integrates advanced diagnostics, monitoring and reporting every part of its operation.
The information is accessible via Vögtlin Connect app or Modbus.

High accuracy, sample rate and fast response 
Accuracy is ± 0.5% of customer full scale and ± 1% of measured value. Sample rate of 1 ms, updated data every 10 msec and a total response time of 90 msec (controller 2s).

Minimum Inlet required 
Compact design, requires no long straight or special in and outlet sections 

Custom application profiles 
The unit offers up to 15 application profiles which allow the storage of individual application details

With the d·flux multi series, Vögtlin for the first time introduces an automatic real-time calculation of the optimum dynamic range*.
With this user selectable setting, the device dynamically adjusts the highest possible dynamic range under actual conditions. VADy® makes it easy to work with the different gases and applications and offers convenience with optimum device efficiency:
